STARTING OVER
First and foremost, I have no business starting a blog. Im not too big with being active on the few social media platforms I have and feel like I don’t have much to say, but the past few weeks I’ve been pushing myself to do new things and believe it or not, starting a blog has been on my list for years. I’m not too big of a writer, but I’ve always liked the idea of putting my thoughts on to paper (or computer, I guess) and just let my voice flow. I’ve journaled here and there, and I found that it was very therapeutic and refreshing to get all my thoughts out, leave them on paper, and be done. Since the beginning of the year, I’ve set goals for myself that would help me both physically and mentally. I wanted to read one book per month. Become more active. Drink more water. To finally be at peace with myself. And I gotta say, I started off 2020 pretty strong. I was going to the gym at least 3 times a week.
